Centennial Community Real Estate
Local Knowledge. Strategic Real Estate Guidance. A Community I Call Home.
The Centennial area is not simply one of the markets I serve.
I live here.
My home is in Centerville, on a small lake in the heart of the Centennial community. I work throughout Lino Lakes, Centerville, Circle Pines, Lexington and the surrounding northern Twin Cities suburbs, helping homeowners make smart decisions about buying, selling and what comes next.
Whether you are preparing to sell a longtime home, moving within the community, relocating into the area or trying to coordinate a sale and purchase at the same time, my job is to help you understand the market and build a strategy around your goals.
Luxury service, minus the ego.
A trusted advisor to guide you through your home journey with precise knowledge, distinguished care — and a bit of fun along the way.
The Centennial Community
Centennial School District 12 serves residents in Lino Lakes, Centerville, Circle Pines, Lexington and portions of Blaine.
While these communities share a school district, their housing markets are not identical.
A lake property in Centerville should not be positioned the same way as newer construction in Lino Lakes. A home in an established Circle Pines neighborhood may attract a different buyer than a property in northern Blaine.
That is why I look beyond broad ZIP-code statistics when advising a seller.
I study:
Recent comparable sales
Current competing listings
Buyer activity
Days on market
Price reductions
Property condition and updates
Location within the community
Lot, lake, acreage and lifestyle features
Financing conditions
Seasonal demand
What buyers are responding to right now
A strong pricing and marketing strategy starts with understanding the individual property — not simply averaging nearby sales.
Selling a Home in the Centennial Area
Your Home Is Competing Before the Buyer Ever Walks Through the Door
Today's buyers can compare properties online in seconds.
That means photography, presentation, pricing, positioning and the first impression of your home all matter before a showing is ever scheduled.
My seller strategy may include:
Professional photography
Floor plans
Video and social media marketing
Strategic online presentation
Property-specific marketing
Competitive market analysis
Pre-market preparation recommendations
Showing strategy
Buyer-agent outreach
Offer analysis and negotiation
Inspection and appraisal preparation
Transaction management through closing
But more marketing is not automatically better marketing.
The goal is to identify what will actually help your particular property compete and put resources there.
Pricing Is Part of the Marketing
Pricing is not simply deciding what your home is worth.
It is deciding how your property should enter the market relative to the homes buyers can choose from at that exact moment.
A home that sits too long can lose urgency and leverage. A thoughtful launch strategy gives us the best opportunity to capture attention while your listing is new.
Before recommending a price, I look at both the historical data and the competition you will face on launch day.
Buying in Centennial
Finding homes online is easy.
Determining which property fits your goals, what it is worth, what risks deserve attention and how aggressively you should pursue it requires more judgment.
I help buyers evaluate:
Location and neighborhood
Comparable values
Property condition
Resale considerations
Offer structure
Inspection strategy
Financing implications
Competition
Timing
The relationship between today's purchase and your longer-term goals

Centennial Schools
Centennial School District 12 connects the communities of Blaine, Centerville, Circle Pines, Lexington and Lino Lakes.
The district currently serves approximately 6,500 students across its schools and reports a graduation rate above the Minnesota statewide average.
School boundaries can affect individual properties, so buyers should always verify the assigned schools directly with the district rather than relying solely on a real estate listing.

A Local Perspective
Living here gives me a different relationship with this market.
I understand why someone may choose this area for access to lakes and trails, why another buyer wants to remain near family, and why a seller may be leaving a home that represents far more than square footage.
I also understand that luxury is a lifestyle, not simply a price point.
For one person, that may mean a lake outside the back door. For another, it is enough space for family, a shorter commute, fewer stairs, room for hobbies or simply living in the community that feels like home.
My job is not to decide what that lifestyle should look like.
My job is to help you make the real estate decisions that support it.
Experience Matters When the Move Is Complicated
Not every real estate transaction is simply “sell this house” or “buy that one.”
My professional education and experience include additional training in:
Seller representation
Pricing strategy
Negotiation
Luxury real estate
Relocation
Probate real estate
Divorce-related real estate
New construction
Investment property
Coordinating a home sale with a purchase
I hold professional designations and certifications including CRS, GRI, SRS, RENE, PSA and CLHMS, along with additional specialized real estate education.
My professional background also includes recognition as a Super Real Estate Agent, service as Minnesota State President of the Residential Real Estate Council, and recognition as a 2023 and 2024 Engel & Völkers Minneapolis Top Five Advisor before returning to Keller Williams Premier Realty.
Today, I am affiliated with Keller Williams Premier Realty North Suburban.

Thinking About Selling in Centennial?
You do not need to have everything figured out before we talk.
We can start with the questions that matter:
What might your home realistically sell for?
What should you do before listing — and what should you skip?
How does your property compare with today's competition?
How long might the process take?
Should you buy first or sell first?
What would your estimated proceeds look like?
What strategy gives you the best chance of achieving your priorities?
Sometimes the right answer is to sell now.
Sometimes it is to make a few changes first.
And occasionally, the smartest real estate advice is not to move yet.
That is why I believe in starting with the conversation.
