What does GRI stand for?
Graduate Realtor Institute designation – a REALTOR® who’s taken professional training to the next level. REALTORS® with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process.
What does CRS mean?

What does SRS stand for?
The SRS Designation = The Seller Representative Specialist designation – is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. What is an ePRO agent?

What is SRES
Seniors Real Estate Specialist® – The SRES® designation program educates REALTORS® on how to profitably and ethically serve the real estate needs of the fastest growing market in real estate, clients age 50+.
What is RENE®?
Real Estate Negotiation Expert® – The RENE certification is the first and only negotiation credential recognized by the National Association of REALTORS®. It is designed to elevate and enhance negotiating skills so that today’s real estate professionals can play the game to win. The certification is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI).
The Negotiations Certificate program is for real estate professionals who want to fine-tune their negotiation skills, with courses that dive deeper into the psychological aspects of negotiations, allowing agents to master negotiations and grow their expertise.
What is PSA®?
Pricing Strategy Advisor® – Agents with the designation PSA have passed the Pricing Strategies: Mastering the CMA course which provides step-by-step guidance on how to prepare and deliver a comprehensive CMA Report, work with appraisers and appraisal reports, and how to keep one’s pricing skills up-to-date and honed.
What is ABR®?
Accredited Buyer’s Representative® – The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.
What is the SMART HOME Certification?
The training and education agents receive through SMART HOME CERTIFICATION not only increases their technical and home listing (selling) skills, but it also adds value for their represented clients by equipping the agent with the skills and tools to identify what qualifies as a smart home and to advise them on how to value the technology.
What is the LUXURY HOMES Certification?
