Once your agent has an MLS portal set up for you, you can now make your own searches right in the MLS!

*Access to the agent MLS database in MN, the NorthstarMLS, is ONLY available through a REALTOR. You can't get access publicly online.*

My existing clients' portals have a "Help?" link in the upper right corner where they can access a quick PDF guide on how to use their Portal, including this new search feature.

Your MLS Portal is a private repository for information shared between you and your agent (me!). It’s a central location that organizes Auto Searches, Reports and Selected Listings in a way that helps you better manage each of them going forward.

Your Portal also allows you to create, and save, your own Custom Searches. It’s a communication tool that, through email or listing notes, connects you with your agent whenever additional property information is required.

And, finally, because your Portal is dynamic, you’re always viewing live, up-to-the-minute data. So, whether there’s been a change in listing price or, perhaps, an updated public remark, you’ll see it all in real-time.

The Matrix Client Portal client search feature will be LIVE in May 2020. This update allows my clients to conduct their own searches right within their own private MLS Portal access to the REALTOR MLS database.
