2018 Mortgage Loan Limit Changes

Here are the details of the upcoming loan limit changes for conventional and FHA loans. I have broken down the changes and when they go in to effect below:

For all Minnesota metropolitan counties –FHA : $356,500.00 (One-Family) $456,350.00 (Two-Family)

*For all case numbers assigned on or after 1/1/2018Conventional: $453,100.00 (One-Family) $580,150.00 (Two-Family)

*For all loans closed on or after 12/4/2017For all other surrounding Minnesota counties-FHA Forward: $294,515.00 (One-Family) $377,075.00 (Two-Family)

*For all case numbers assigned on or after 1/1/2018Conventional: $453,100.00 (One-Family) $580,150.00 (Two-Family)

*For all loans closed on or after 12/4/2017
