We could not ask for a better professional to work with than Sarah.

Sarah Marrinan has assisted us in the purchase of three homes in Minnesota. She also made a referral to an excellent realtor in Washington state to help in the sale of our previous home there. We could not ask for a better professional to work with than Sarah. She worked tirelessly to represent and assist us through the entire process of acquiring each home, from showing to negotiations through closing. Her helpfulness did not end there as she has continued to communicate and inform us of issues related to home ownership. We have no doubt that she continues to care about us and our long term satisfaction with our home as clients and friends. All of these qualities and more are why we have kept coming back to Sarah as our housing needs have changed. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in need of a caring, professional and hard working individual to assist in their real estate needs.
